Delete account

You can delete your Repurr account and its data at any time, from the app.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

If you have Repurr Plus, cancel it first in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not stop the payments.

Without the app

Write to hello@repurr.app from the email address of your account, and ask us to delete it. We delete it within 30 days. Then we write back to tell you that it is done.

What we delete

• your account, the details you use to sign in and your profile picture
• your profile, your training profile and your settings
• your workouts, their records, your saved workouts and the exercises you created
• your body weights
• your follows, blocks, likes and comments
• your Buddy chat messages and your AI requests
• your notifications, badges and usage data

We also revoke Sign in with Apple and delete your customer record at RevenueCat, which tracks subscriptions.

What stays

• Reports that you sent stay, without your name, so that moderators can finish them. Reports about you stay as well.
• Replies that other people wrote under your comments stay.
• If another person copied an exercise that you created, their copy stays.
• A phone number that got a code from us by text message stays for at least an hour after that text.
• Emails we already sent, and what our email and text message providers keep under their own rules.
• Database backups keep your data for a short time, until they expire.
